All orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

3. Delivery Options & Estimated Times

UK Delivery

  • – Express Delivery: 1–2 working days

4. Delivery Charges

If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel:

Unclaimed parcels may be returned to us. A redelivery fee may apply.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details.

We cannot refund or replace items lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

8. Shipping During Sales & Holiday Periods

During promotional seasons, dispatch and delivery times may be extended due to high volume.

We advise placing orders early during peak periods.

10. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

If your order appears lost, delayed, or damaged:

Report damages within 48 hours of delivery with:

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Contact us within 7 working days of the expected delivery date.

 

We will liaise with the courier and keep you updated.

 

If a parcel is confirmed lost, a replacement or refund will be issued.

If an item is marked as pre-order or back-order:
